Renaud Visage is the founding technical architect and CTO of leading online event management company Eventbrite.
With engineering degrees from Cornell University (USA) and Ecole Centrale de Lyon (France), Renaud started his career as an environmental consultant.
Fascinated by the Internet, Renaud joined, as the Director of Engineering, Internet photo-sharing pioneer, Zing Networks which was funded by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and later acquired by Sony ImageStation. In 2006, he joined forces with Kevin & Julia Hartz to found Eventbrite.

Eventbrite enables people all over the world to plan, promote, and sell out any event. With funding from Tiger Global, Sequoia Capital, DAG Ventures, and Tenaya Capital, Eventbrite has been widely successful and recently announced that it has sold more than $1 billion of tickets to date.
